Control mode: two three-way manual slide valve control suction;

Handling method: horizontal handling, plate surface should be more flat, compact, no permeability;

Vacuum filter: used to filter the impurities and particles in the workpiece surface or air to ensure the service life of vacuum generator;

Pressure sensor: used to display the vacuum pressure of the system directly to the operator to provide safety protection; when the pressure of the vacuum system does not reach the set pressure, or when power failure occurs, the alarm unit controls the red alarm light to turn on;

The position of each sucker is adjustable on the beam, and the position of each beam on the main beam is also adjustable, so that the plate of different sizes can be adsorbed easily;

Each sucker is equipped with manual ball valve control opening and closing to ensure that the same equipment can be applied to each specification plate;

The sucker is made of nitrile rubber, with its own universal joint, oil resistant (benzene), durable, acid and alkali resistant, can effectively adsorb with the plate to produce vacuum;

The sucker rod is equipped with a spring. When the plate is uneven, the spring acts as a buffer, which can make the sucker force uniform and ensure the safety and reliability of suction.
